Richard joined Castons in 1986 and was appointed as an Associate in 2015.
Richard is a Chartered Surveyor and his wide range of experience in the industry is invaluable when advising clients on construction costs. Richard is extremely competent at producing tender documentation ultimately ensuring that our clients receive excellent value for money.
Obtaining best value for clients is a priority for Richard and a key factor in his job satisfaction. Richard enjoys the challenge of meeting a clients budget and expectations.
In his career, Richard has largely worked as a Professional Quantity Surveyor but has had experience of working with developers and civil engineering projects.
Outside of work, Richard is involved with the Felixstowe Town Pastors Scheme, Church and family activities. He is also keen on DIY.
